Hysterosalpingoscopy is an investigation wherein a dye is injected from the vaginal tract into the uterine cavity.From the uterine cavity, the dye eneters the fallopian tubes and then spills into the peritoneal cavity.
In your test, the dye enters the uterine cavity, then fallopian tube and then into the abdominal cavity.
Thus, the tubes are patent.
There is coiling of some part of the fallopian tube,
However, these modifications are seen in the genital tract.
