my latest USG says uterus anteverted, mildy bulky, measures 8*4.1cm. Lower body region appers streched with 2-3 small anterior wall intramural fibroids measuring 15-20mm distorting the endometrial lining. Endometrial echoes are normal uniform in fundal region(10mm). No abdorminal contents sen in uterine cavity. Both overy show normal follicle with dominant follicle of 12mm size in RO. No adnexal abnormality seen. No fluid is seen in pouch of douglas. What does it mean? Plz suggest treatment. Do I have to go for surgery?
