Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Liver cirrhosis is an irreversible condition, and normal liver architecture cannot be regained. Further progression can be prevented by stopping alcohol and treatment.

Diuretic and beta blocker drugs can be prescribed for reducing Portal hypertension.

Liver transplantation which is a costly operation can cure cirrhosis if transplantation is successful without rejection.

TIPSS like operation can also benefit if transplantation is not suitable. Consult a gastroenterologist for the examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
