sir my sperm count is 10 ml and 30% motility pl send me advice and medicine please solved my problum

Your sperm count is low and motility is also less. You need to consult an urologist and get a complete check up done. Colour Doppler study of scrotum will be necessary to rule out any testicular pathology or varicocele. Varicocele if present will need surgical correction.
