Met With An Accident, Since Then Left Side Of Neck, Chest, Shoulder Pains. Took Motrin. Help?

Was in an auto accident Friday. Car hit ice and we ended up in the ditch. I just took off my seat belt to stretch. Car went into ditch front first, hit the ground then spun to the right and the back end hit the bank and stopped us. I was thrown into the middle seat, my right cheek hit the soft seats. I'm having neck pain, chest pain, shoulder pain, all on the Left. Motrin isn't helping.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
X-rays of involved region should be done i.e X-ray of cervical spine (AP/lateral view),Chest X-ray(penetrated view) and X-ray of left shoulder joint in AP and axial view should be taken. It will exclude any bony fracture.
CT Scan of involved region can also be done if there is any confusion in X-rays.
Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigation reports.
Get well soon.
