Metallic Taste In The Mouth, Blood In Saliva. Reason?
hello. Yesterday was sitting at my desk, I tasted something Metallic my mouth. when I forced a cough there was a strand of blood in my saliva the saliva is clear no mucus color or anything. I went to the hospital and they said nothing was wrong. But I woke up this morning and now instead of just a strand in my saliva, all of the saliva is a pinkish color

It seems that this blood might have come from your mouth only.
There might be having some dental problem like gingivitis, or infected tooth.
This might be due to some infection in mouth or ulcer in the mouth.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Do warm or antiseptic gargles.
