How Can Mouth Ulcers With Swollen Gums And Glands Be Treated?

I ve got a mouth full of ulcers that started around my wisdom teeth that are growing at an angle. they then spread to my tongue, cheeks and gums. I can now see one one my tonsil and now have very swollen gums, which i ve never experienced before. In addition to these symptoms, i have a very sore throat and swollen glands in my neck and chin. I also have a heavy white vaginal discharge and three large separate lumps on my right labia which look like the ulcers in my mouth. I don t know if this is related, but i also have an infected finger

Based on the complaints, it could be an herpes simplex infection. Anti-viral medication could alleviate the symptoms.
