Meth User, Shot Into Elbow. Arm Swollen, Tender, Big Lump Formed. Severe Pain, Unable To Straighten Arm. Solution?

I shot up meth into the inside of my elbow 4 days ago. I'm not proud of the fact that I have done this before. I have also "missed" a couple times which resulted in instant severe burning up & down my arm. The burning has gone away as quickly as a few seconds and once lasted a couple minutes. However, this time it's completely different. The first 24 hours my arm was tender, the next morning a golf ball sized very hard lump was there. Not even 2 days later the hard lump has at least tripled in size, about 3/4 of my upper arm is swollen. The lump covers the inside of my elbow and is a good 2 inches or more in diameter, I cannot straiten my arm. I am in a LOT of pain and I'm really scared this might be serious. But I'm really scared of the trouble I will face if I go see a doctor. Please help me. What can I to help the swelling go down and my arm to get better?

You really need to see the orthopedic surgeon who will definitely suggest for MRI test, no need to scare for this, if nothing comes out then you should thanks the Lord, if any thing came wrong then you can ask for the better medicine, now symptomatic medicine wont work nay more, take care of your self.
