Micro Bacterium Tuberculosis Complex In Mensurable Blood Test Report, Please Suggest

my wife has been diagnosed with positive for micro bacterium tuberculosis complex in mensurable blood test report. i would like to know the meaning of it and the after effect of it. can anybody suggest.. She has yet not conceived.

Hi,welcome,
Im afraid that i cant make out for certain what you mean since some words may be mis-spelt.But i think that you mean that wife has tested positive for TB in her menstrual blood?Firstly,no one tests menstrual blood as a norm.However,in any blood test she can test positive for TBI gM.That means that she has the bacteria in her system.Its postive that she has genital TB since that is a main cause of infertility in women.She will need anti TB medicines for a year.After which fertility treatment needs to be started if she wants to concieve.
