Migraine For 15 Years. Tried Different Medication, No Improvement. Suggest Long Term Solution?

my wife is suffering from migraine for the last 15 years.
she has taken earlier for a year triptomer daily in the night and ketanov as sos and also many times.

the doctor has recently advised to take naxdom 500 mg as SOS and on a daily basis she is taking
pantocid 1 methycobal in the morning
1 decorate er 250 in the night and 1 nexito forte in the night.

pl advise the long term to soln to minimise the occurrence of migraine in the future.
is there any side effects on these drugs pl.

Hi, migrine many times it may not be migrine. the possibilities are sinusitis, tension, anxiety, or migrine. Usually it is associated with the gastric irritation. If there is recurant cold attacks consult an E.N.T.Surgeon.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe alprazolam .5 mg , omeprazole, and pain killers when ever there is pain. Thank you.
