Migraine Headache. Prescribed Nexito Forte. Loose Motion, Dizziness, Vomiting After Medication. Side Effect?

Hi, I am suffering from Migrain headache, my doctor, neurologist prescribed me NEXITO FORTE-10mg at bed time with Calaptin-80mg & Vysoline-10mg. But when I took the NEXITO FORTE first time, I experienced loose motion next day with dizziness, vomiting, nausea & I slept whole day with lot of fatigue. Can you please guide me why it has happened? is it due to NEXITO FORTE?

Hello,
Nexito Forte is combination of Escitalopram 10 mg and Clonazepam 0.5 mg. However this drug is safe and not many patients experience the side effects and used to treat depression and anxiety disorders. Escitalopram is known to cause nausea, vomiting. whereas clonazepam can cause drowsiness. These symptoms will subside in few days as you tolerate the drug. If persistent you should ask your neurologist for changing drug.
Calaptin can also cause dizziness, nausea and fatigue but if you are taking it since some time it is unlikely the side effects are occurring now.
Please mention what is content of Tab. Vysoline.
And on general health front you may have suffered from a GI infection causing all the above symptoms if your loose motions are frequent.
