Migraine, Severe Pain In Right Eye, Shooting Pain In Head, Difficulty In Concentration, Increased Photosensitivity

I have migraine... My right eye is paining severely, my right half of head has a shooting pain n dull pain in a phasic manner. Im unable to concentrate and my ears hurt too..... Photosenitivity and otosensitivity also increased.... There's temporary relief only when I sleep its back agian after im awake.... Plz solve my proble. ... Thank u...
