Migraine Sufferer, Relief With Topamax. No Medication For Bipolar, Mobic For Back Pain. Treatment For Headaches?

I am a migraine sufferer and I have bipolar 2. I currently am not on any meds and trying to accept symptoms as part of life, as one might accept bad weather. I have a clean sugar free diet and don't drink alcohol, something I have worked hard to achieve over the last six months, after many years of binging and drinking. My question is regarding the use of Mobic for back pain. I have been prescribed Mobic, however I still get migraine and feel like taking aspirin on top of the Mobic is a bad idea. Paracetamol has no effect on my headaches at all and I am trying to live without using codeine because I felt it was giving me rebound headaches. Do you have any suggestions as to how to treat the headaches without giving me stomach ulcers. I was on Topamax as a preventer for a year and it was fabulous at stopping the migraine. However, I found it made me extremely tired and forgetful though and interfered with my ability to work. Any suggestions?

Hi, you have back pain, and migraine using mobic, and used topamax to prevent headache, but it is not friendly with you.
you are in need of another drug for headache.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe injection of vitaminB1, 6, and 12 for back ache and to minimise the use of pain killers. In addition you can have a combination of paracetamol, and metachlopramide. If having gastric irritation to use ranitidine . Thank you.
