Mild Blood In Mucus From Nostril. Red Mucus On Removing Dried Mucus. Solution?

I had been finding mild blood in mucus from right nostril since a year (Not always). When remove dried mucus from nostril I could find reddish mucus, but when i sneeze or blow severely mucus is clear. i m Obsessed with this. For your information I have been in Gulf countries since where humudity is much greater and I have to be in A/C through out the day as high temperature outside.

I have gone through your query regarding minimal bleeding from nostril as you said that you notice it only as radish mucus during nose cleaning. since you are in much humid and warm climate thus chances of crusting in nose is much higher ,and during removal of mucus crest there is always chances of some trauma to congested mucous membrane.
This may be managed by applying lubricant cream or even liquid paraffin to nostrils
