Mild Left Renal Pole Medullary Prominence, Sigmoid Colon Diverticulosis And Annular Carcinoma On CT Scan. What Is This?

What does mild left renal pole medullary prominence suggest- as seen on CT scan? Additonally, right hepatic lobe subcentimeter hypodensity too small to charaterize, and finally, extensive sigmoid colon diverticulosis with proximal colonic wall thickening without surrounding fatty stranding,. Differential includes early diverticulitis, annular carcinoma, or under distension?
