What Does This CT Scan Of Abdomen Indicate?

I was diagnosed with a 1% rectocele (and 3% cistocele) I just had a Ct scan for abdominal discomfort. The result said I had sever diverticulosis of the sigmoid colon. I am on 2 antibitis for it. Could they have been seeing the rectocele instead since I was laying down?
