Mild Pain On The Left Side Of The Chest After Running On A Treadmill. Do I Have A Heart Disease? Have High Cholesterol

When I run on a treadmill, if heartrate goes to 125 I get minor pain (heaviness) on the left side of the chest . Although I can still continue exercise, I am concerned. Is there any linkages to heart issues. I am 50 years old and have high cholesterol but exercise regularly. This doesn t happen every day, only some days.
