Mildly Enlarged Liver, Distended Gall Bladder With Diffuse Wall Thickening, Mildly Enlarged Spleen. Meaning?
my liver is mildly enlarged and shows homogenous echo pattern. no focal lesion seen..Intrahepatic biliary radicles and venous channels are normal. gallbladder is distended and shows diffuse wall thickening -6mm .lumen is echofree. CBD is not dilated pancreas is normal in size, shape, echotexture. spleen is mildly enlarged.(12.9) cm.
Whats the reason for getting scan done?
If general check up, then mostly it is a normal report.
the only area of concern, if any, is gallbladder wall thickened -6mm, but no gallstones
will need to corelate this to your current clinical condition.
