What does it mean when you have Minimal paranasal sinus because of thickening and minimal bilateral mastoid scierosis? Also what does it mean to have Punctate foci of t2 hyperintense signal changed scattered throughout the hemispheric white matter probably representing mild sequela of chronic small vessel ischemic disease? And a Partially empty sella turcica? These ? Come as a result of a MRI.
