Miscarriage Due To No Fetal Heartbeat. Previous Abortion. Advise?

Hi doctor, my name is Christine. I am from Malaysia.
I was miscarriage in last month when my baby was 7 weeks old due to no heartbeat. This was my first baby.
I would like to know what is the actual reason will cause a fetal no heartbeat? My husband & myself are 38 now.
I was undergo an abortion on 15 April 2013 & was bleeding for about 2 weeks. My first period after the abortion was started on 11 May 2013. Is this normal?
When can I try again for my 2nd pregnancy?

Hi there ~

I understand your concern and your wanting to know why the fetus had no heartbeat. It could be due to a congenital anomaly and nature had its own cure for the situation. It is perfectly normal to have a period on the date that you mention after April 15, 2013. You may try for another pregnancy and I wish you all the best in your endeavors.
