i had missed period in the month of april and got my tesy positive of pregnancy doctor gave me hcg injection but on april 28 i strarted bleeding in ultrasound doctor reportin that slight fluid in pod and no evidence of any c sac seen
lt ov enlarged 3 follicles seen all small 36x24 mm rt ov 31x17mm v small follicles

Thanks for your query.
It appears that you have had a chemical pregnancy.
This is when there is a very early pregnancy to begin with.
This leads to secretion of the hormone which leads to a positive pregnancy test.
However the pregnancy fails to grow, leading to bleeding and an abortion.
THe enlarged follicles could be retention cysts from your previous cycle.
Right now, avoid conception for 3 months following the pregnancy loss.
Take regular folic acid supplements.
Take care.
