Missed Period, No Cramps. Scan Shows Retroverted Uterus, Complete Miscarriage. Help

hello so I my LMP was 9/9/13 I know I ovulated sometime around the 17-20 I took PT on aug 29 + missed period on sept 4th bleeding on the 7 & 8 th no cramping very stressed out. took u/s on the 12th report saidrertoverted uterus no gestation was seen endometrium not thickened? is it suppose to be thick when pregnant? Diagnosis: complete miscarriage

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Let us adjust date as follow,
Pregnancy test done on 29 August and it was positive.
Stipulated date of menses was 4 th September , bleeding occurs on 7 , 8 September and last bleeding was 9 Sept.
Took ultrasound and it showed miscarriage ( complete).
Now your question, is it suppose to be thick when pregnant?
Normal endometrium thickness for pregnancy requires 9 mm , if less then this 9mm very difficult to get successful pregnancy.
