Missed Period, Pain In Lower Right Side Of The Abdomen. Pregnancy Negative. Under Implant. Problem?

Threw up for 3 days straight followed by a month late period i am on the implant but have been for a long time now and never experienced this so i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative on the same day i took the test i started getting horrible abdominal pain so i thought maybe my periods are just late which the next day i did get my periods but it was really dark followed up by very light period and it barley there i started getting horrible pains in my lower right side of my abdomen which transfer to my whole lower abdomen both side and stomach too the point if i move or walk it hurts really bad

Hello,

Here, you need to undergo one TVS scan to rule out underlying pathology along with blood test for beta HCG.

Implant may cause irregular bleeding sometimes in association with hormonal imbalance and mental stress.

Take some anti spasmodic medication, drink plenty of fluids, maintain genital hygiene and take adequate rest.
