Missed Period, Swollen Breast, Irritated Nipple, Large Lower Abdomen. Advice?

Hi Doctor I have missed my period which is of 28 days and was due between 12 to 14 Sep. Since right now I am not working, I am observing very closely all signs of pregnanacy like swollen breast , irritating nipple , large lower abdomen(may be because I have stopped exercise for 3 weeks). I am 43 and this will be my 1st pregnancy since I married late. Please advise confirmation and precaution to take. I go for regular morning walk on hilly road???

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

First you have to confirm your pregnancy.
It can be done by urine pregnancy test. Two vertical lines on strip confirms pregnancy.
Ultrasound of pelvis can be done to detect G-sac.
If is positive, you should consult obstetrician as you are in risk group due to your age.
Your pregnancy should be closely monitored.

Take Care
