Missed Periods After Taking Dox-ts For Severe Acne Breakouts. Is It Its Side Effects?

Hi, I have been suffering from severe acne breakouts since the last two years, I went to a dermatologist recently and she prescribed me dox-ts for three months, however since i have been using the medicine (jan 18-2014), i have missed my menses(my date was on the 1st of feb) and I have still not had it. Could you please tell me whether this is a side effect?
