Missed Periods, Burning During Sex, Cramps, Burning Stomach. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Worried

I have not had my period in 2 months this is the first time I have ever missed my period since I started having my period at age 1. I got signs of my period when Iit was due but it never came. The last ime my boyfriend and I had sex was in April and the last I hafdmy period was also in April. He did not ejaculate as we stopped because I was getting a burning feeling during sex. I have had verryyy slight cramps once or twice since. Today I have a burning feeling in my stomach but just for a short time. I did 4 pregnancy tests and all were negative. I am a buy worried now as to what this could be.
