Welcome to HCM. Your symptoms suggest pregnancy.Sometime urine test may show negative in early days,do it again after 10th day.You can also confirm it by blood hcg level and USG. Delayed cycle might be due to some hormonal disturbances, diet, stress and other medicines. Take simple nsaid with dicyclomin to subside headache, cramps. Take ondensetron to subside vomiting. Apply nsaid gel for backache. Consult your gynecologist for better guidance and proper medical management.
