What Could Cause Delay In Periods,headache,back Pain & Cramping ?

Hi I ve been on depo shot for almost a year. Since I got on the birth control I haven t gotten periods. Im sexually active. Past weeks I ve had headaches, lower back pain, cramping, cravings, always wanting to sleep. These past two days when I use the restroom I notice spotting only when I wipe I have lil bit of blood. Why?

in my opinion u should do a home pregnancy test as u may be pregnant as sometimes contraceptive does not work and results in pregnancy.
