Missed Periods, Light Spotting, No Cramps, Stomach Bloating. Negative Pregnancy Test. Causes For Symptoms?

i missed my period for two weeks and when it came it as only two days then spotting mine usually takes 7 days normal no cramps nothing but ive been having mild cramps and my stomach is growing little by little and i take home test and the doctors urine test but negative i want to get a blood test or can i have a sickness

Home pregnancy tests are quite accurate, if done properly.
Not all women feel sick when they are pregnant.
You can do a blood test if you are anxious, but I feel you did have a period and a negative pregnancy test, so the chances of pregnancy are slim.
