Missed Periods, Lower Abdominal Pain, Dizziness
hi, my period was suppose to have come on April 11th but it didnt. i missed my period and it is now April 26th. ive been having really bad lower left abdominal pain , it has been terrible pain. and sometimes it goes to the right and sometimes it goes all over my stomach like a stomach ache. my boyfriend and i have been dateing for 5 years and we are trying to concieve. my only symptoms are: dizziness ,abdominal pains,stomach asches,and missed period. can you please help me determine if i could possibly be pregnant , i would really appreciate it.

Hello mam, I think you should first do a urine pregnancy test and then go for ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis. If your pregnancy test comes positive then tubal pregnancy should be ruled out and if negative then appendicitis or corpus luteal hematoma. Wish you all the best
