Hello,

Repeat the pregnancy test to confirm or exclude pregnancy. It is the most common cause for missing regular period among sexually active women.

Other reasons are hormonal imbalance, stress, over weight, pelvic infection etc.

Maintain a healthy life style and consult with your doctor after doing the pregnancy test.

Good luck.

Welcome to HCM.
It is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding and occurs due to hormonal imbalance.
Go for certain investigations like cbc,b12,urine,hormonal study and USG abdomen, pelvis.
Better start oral contraceptive pills ,it will be helpful to regularize your cycle and you can also avoid pregnancy.
Consult your gynecologist for further guidance and proper medical management.

Hello,
Thanks for posting to HCM,
Do your following test, CBC, Thyroid function test, Pap smear, Liver function. Oral contraceptives: Suppress endometrial development, reestablish predictable bleeding patterns, decrease menstrual flow, and lower the risk of iron deficiency anemia.
