Hello,

In exclusion of pregnancy, other investigations are required to pin point the diagnosis like thyroid profile, complete hormone assay, blood prolactin level & sugar etc.

You need to consult with doctor to proceed above investigations. You may require another course of progesterone medication for 10 days along with ovulation induction drug to induce period. Supportive treatment is also advisable.

Take healthy diet with iron supplement, control body wt by regular exercise, avoid stress, take sound sleep.

All the best.
