As you had amenorrhea while being on implant, after removal also it will take sometime for regularization of the periods. But one year is some what longer period. So you once consult gynecologist, get examined, go for blood test for pregnancy and for one ultrasound. By these the possibility of pregnancy can be ruled out and also possible causes for your delayed periods can be made out. If there is no pregnancy, with your doctor's advice you can go for tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding.
