Missing Periods, Cramps, Nausea, Pain In Left Side, Increasing Weight. Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Could This Be?

I have missed two periods in a row, I'm now a week and a half late for the second one, I'm cramping like I'm going to start but never do. I've been nauseas with diarrhea off and on the past few weeks. My boobs are larger and sore. I've gained a few pounds in a very short amount of time. I'm naturally thin. I keep getting a pain in my left side. I've tested 3 times for pregnancy but all are negative.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Firstly, many women test negative for pregnancy till 3 months into pregnancy, so I would recommend a visit to the doctor to rule out pregnancy. As for the delayed period and other symptoms, these can be caused due to various reasons like hormonal imbalances, etc; as well. So it is best to visit a doctor at the earliest.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
