Missing Periods, Had Unprotected Sex, Ejaculated Outside Vagina. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Give Me Suggestion
Hello doctor, Me and My Gf have unprotected sex on 23rd/24th -Oct-2013, although i have ejaculated outside (not in vagina ). Her normal periods were supposed to come on 1-Nov--2013 , but as she didn t got them even on 13th Nov, I did the strip test but it is -ve...now what should i do? should i give her any antipreg kit?
The most important fact missing here is whether or not she has had regular menstrual cycle in the past. If not, then please wait for a while longerbut if this is the first time such an irregularity has occured I would raise concern for the cause.
As mentioned by you, you did not ejaculate inside her, but did you employ the withdrawal method (i.e. remove the penis from the vagina just before the sensation of ejaculation)? If so, this method is only 50% effective in preventing pregnancies.
I would either way advise you to take your partner to the doctor, and get her elaborately evaluated just to make sure all is well.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
