Missing Periods, Pregnancy Test Negative. Cause?

hi, i missed my periods this month... last month i got it on 17th.. so this month expected date was 15th but i still did nt get my periods...today is 21st... m worried cos my periods are always regular... urine test is negative.. i did beta hcg it is 0.10... so wat does it mean???

Welcome to HCM,
Pregnancy test done after 8-10 days of expected date gives more reliable result.
Now go for the test.
If you want to go for Hcg test then rising titer will give indication of having pregnancy.
