Moderate Dyskaryosis, Greenish Discharge For Months. On Mirena Coil. Worried ?

Hi I m 42 and have just been told I have moderate dyskaryosis after a smear. I have been told to wait for an appointment for a colposcopy . I ve had a discharge for months now sometimes slightly greenish bit no foul smell. I have a mirena coil and thought it had something to do with that. My brother lost his battle with bowel cancer 11months ago and I m really worried.
