Morning sickness in early
pregnancy is quite common.
You can try taking medicines like Doxinate or Sinate, as they are very effective for morning sickness.
If you cannot tolerate any liquids or solids, you might need hospitalization as
severe dehydration can affect the baby.
Try eating a dry toast first thing in the morning before getting up from bed.
Avoid oily , spicy and greasy food.
Take bland, light diet, and make sure you are taking enough
folic acid and B complex vitamins.
Take small frequent meals ( every 2 - 3 hours ), with more emphasis on fluids.
Do not binge eat.
IF the condition is not controlled, it is called
hyperemesis gravidarum, where you need hospitalization and further investigations.
