Morning Stiffness, Body Pain, Not Fresh After Sleeping Also. Stretching Exercises Help. Cure?
i have consulted a rhymetologist for my morning stiffness n pain in body n as i never feel fresh even after sleeping for 8 hours ....but even after taking medicines for 2 n half months my problems still the same...but yes strecthing excercise help ca you suggestanything which can eliminate the problem as i have a 2yr old daughter n its kind of tough for me to concentrate on anything including taking care of her
If your morning stiffness is for more than half an hour and you have bilateral symmetrical joint pain in hand,wrist& feet , you might be suffering from inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis.
Your rheumatologist might started anti-inflammatory drugs.
You have to continue stretching exercises, as these are helpful in relieving stiffness.
You need life style modification, education about the disease, regular exercise, and physical therapy to fight the disease better.
Take diet rich in Omega 3 fatty acid , complex carbohydrate, Vit-D &calcium,fruits and vegetables.
Take low fat diet.
Drink ample of water.
Watch your weight.
Exercise regularly.
Have a positive attitude.
