hi.. im a mother of 4 months old baby on breast feed.. i took primolut n 10 mg BD for a abt 12 days without knowing its side effects in breast feeding.. can u please tell me in detail what are the possible side effects in the infant on breast feeding other than the composition and the amonut milk production..iv noticed my baby restless for last few days..:( regards, a worried mom
Primolut is commonly used as a birth control pill. It is not prescribed for a lactating mother. No side effect of significance has been reported in infants being breast fed. It is best to stop taking it.
