Mucus In Stool, Smells Fishy, No Fever, Sick. Is This Normal?
Hi, my son is 4 and a half weeks old now and his stools smell HORRID. They have a really strong fishy smell, are sometimes a little brown in color, or green n mucousy and liquidy. I breastfeed him, but his stools have been this way for almost a week now and I m concerned. He was previously a little sick (green mucous coming out of nose ) but no fever . Is this normal or should I schedule an appt with the doctor right away?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, no need to worry about the stool odor this is nothing to worry such thing is happens some time, and this will be okay soon, hope this information helps you have a good day.
