Multiple Fractures, Post Traumatic Stress, Difficulty In Sleeping. Any Ideas For Getting Sleep?

What is good to take for sleep for a person with multiple fractures(18) and post tramatic stress syndrome from 11 car decks plus sever kidney teams 2weeks ago from linsipril..in hospital now from compartment syndrome to leftleg 30staples and a wound vac..just had it taken out yesterday..replaced with45? stiches cant sleep any ideas

better is to try tramadol injection , it will relieve pain and also sedate , now paracetamol infusion is available which is equivalent to tramadol, if no relief with this u can ask for morphine group of drugs
