Muscle Spasms In Hands, Rectal Pain. History Of Scoliosis Since Childhood. Symptoms Due To Scoliosis?
I ve been having rare, but strange involuntary muscle spams in my right hand and trouble using some fingers. I also have rare, but extraordinary pain very low down prior to a bowel movement . I have 20 degree scoliosis which was discovered when was about ten years old and had pinched nerve pain when sitting. I was wondering, could these other symptoms be caused by my scoliosis?
Hi Dear
the history so far u given may be because of scoliosis.
spasms are due to :
Over-extending the muscles during physical activity
Improper lifting of heavy items
Soft-tissue injury
Dehydration
Low Potassium levels
Low Magnesium levels
Electrolyte imbalance
Do check ur calcium level , low calcium can cause muscle spasm,
You should have ur xray spine and might required ct/mri scan to diagnose the rt hand muscle \ spasm.
Suggested to visit neurospecialist after having ur calcium level report.
Thanks
