My 10 month old daughter has a growth between her anal opening and vaginal opening. It seems to hurt her when she had a bowel movement. I only started to notice it a few months ago. It is not under the skin, but it does not look like a skin tag. I am starting to get a little concerned. What could it be? It also seems to hurt her when I try to wipe the area
