My 10 Month Old May Have Swallowed A Children's Glycerin

My 10 month old may have swallowed a children's glycerin suppository. I pulled one out of his mouth -- hoping he didn't already swallow one before I got to him. I called Poison Control -- didn't seem concerned but wanted to get another opinion. If he DID swallow one, would it harm him? Thanks.
