My 10 year old female cat is diagnosed with IBS. I give her a Hill's prescription diet z/d, 1/2 tab Prednisolone 5 g QOD, and pro-pectaline Q8H. She has not improved. This week i started on my own the following: Multivitamin Plus, Digestive Enzymes, and omega 3 pets. She continues to have loose stools, is loosing weight and clumps of hair. She is not active.

In July I had to leave her and her sister for 2 weeks alone in the house with neighbors checking on them daily, feeding and providing fresh water. This cat remain hidden. I know she was stressed and depressed. My heart is breaking. Can you offer any advise.
