My 10 yo son was admitted to a psychiatric hospital Thursday. The psychiatrist put him on Risperdal. My son is very depressed and gets angry or anxious often. He said he wanted to hurt himself and wanted to go to the hospital. I disagree with the psychiatrist on this course of action and do not think my son is bipolar. She saw him once and came to the conclusion that he is bipolar. What should I do?
