My 11 Month Old Daughter Was Diagnosed With Amoebiasis Last

My 11 month old daughter was diagnosed with amoebiasis last Nov. 11. She was given metronidazole 3 ml for 7 days. Her stool exam after that showed no trace of amoeba. But after 7 days she again suffered frequent watery stools and stool exam showed even greater number of amoeba cyst. She was given metronidazole 5 ml for 10 days and cefaclor 1.5 ml for 7 days. Stool exam revealed only 0-1 cyst after that. After 15 days, she is now suffering again from frequent watery stools and again with amoeba cyst. What should I do? I fear that she had taken too much metronidazole already? Is there anything she can take to completely eradicate the cyst? Thank you so much.
