Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 11 yr old son has developed a buldge located at the cervical spine area. I think between the c4 and c7. He has full range of motion and no pain unless you press on the affected area. When standing straigt up, the buldge is noticable. He has recently been diagnosed with H pylori and is on treatment for this. He is about 5foot3 and 160 lbs. He helps on the farm and lifts objects. He does not really complain of it, but it is obvoiusly swollen. The skin is not red or hot. It feels boney in the center and like swollen tissue around it, is about 2 inches across (child is broad shouldered), There is no head on it such as a boil. Its just a swollen area mostly located at the c5 6 7. Please respond. Thank yuou
