My 13 Year Old Daughter Has Been Experiencing Pain In

My 13 year old daughter has been experiencing pain in her lower right stomach for months off and on. Recently it got so bad she missed a week of school do to pain, feeling tired and nauseous. The pain comes and goes. We had her in and out of ER and she has been to the dr several times. Ultra Sound shows fluid in stomach and they ordered a CT Scan which we just found out showed her Lymph nodes are enlarged around her appendix. Her dad and our older daughter have had to have their appendix out but only after having to argue with the dr because the drs were saying all the test are coming back normal but once they took the appendix out the discovered it was indeed the problem. I am worried that her appendix is leaking the fluid which in turn is causing her lympth nodes to enlarge. She has pain when she runs, jumps or walks up stairs. please help
